Comment: This thing is pretty pricey for a single piece of metal, but it works perfectly. I'm using it with my 15" MacBook Pro (late 2008 "unibody" model), and it lets me angle the screen perfectly when I'm at my desk. It's stable, attractive, and allows easy access to the front latch. I can't imagine a better way to put my laptop into desktop mode without an external monitor.

Comment: The mStand is hands down the best laptop stand made for Apple laptops! The brushed aluminum finish matches the finish on the old Macbook Pro very well and you won''t even notice. After using this stand, my posture at my desk improved because the screen is raised about 6 inches, allowing the screen to be closer to eye level.
The stand also includes a cable management hole in the back so all of the cables connected to your laptop neatly tuck away behind the laptop. The stand has also been updated to include a small notch allowing users to open their laptop right on the stand. Another design feature are the rubber pads that prevent your laptop from directly contacting the metal stand, therevy avoiding scratches on you machine. Finally, the IR reciever and the slot-loading drive are still easily accessable and not blocked.
